March 18,2009 Minutes





Present: Bruce Walters, Nick Vosinek, Judy Ash, Julie Oakes, Karen Sourgiadakis, Gary Morneau, Terri Lavely, and Myself.



Last month's minutes were read and approved.



Treasure's Report: Karen stated that there is $16,764.25 in the checking account. The money owed for ice time for the month's of February and March are not included in this total.



Some volunteer sheets have been given to her, and she will be sending checks to those who have submitted hour sheets.



Registrar's Report: Julie gave a a count for projected numbers for the upcoming season.

Mites: 7, Squirts: 8, PeeWee: 9, Bantam: 8, and Midget: 12



State Delegate's Report: Bruce attended and stated that there was not much to report back.



Equipment Manager's Report: Bruce has the equipment, we will meet after thongs are inventoried and put it all into the storage shed.



Old Business: We are in need of Nominations for the 2009-2010 Season......

We are a family oriented association with a strong Learn to Skate/Initiation to Hockey Program, as well as Travel Teams at Mite (7-8). Squirt (9-10), PeeWee (11-12) Bantam (13-14), and Midget (15-18) levels.

Drawing skaters from a 50 mile radius, our Home Ice is at Fenton Chester Arena in Lyndonville, VT.
